AEM Wideband UEGO. Analog Output?
I want to use the exit "Analog Output (WHITE)" to delete the standard O2 sensor and connect to the unit standard (ecu pettit racing)..
Have different positions. P0 P1 P2 P3 P4 What is the validation, to emulate the standard o2 sensor? Configuring Calibration Outputs The AEM default position is (P0). When set to (P0) (Figure 10A), the gauge displays AFR values. (P1) is the same as (P0), except the gauge displays lambda values. These settings (P1 and P0) implement a linear calibration with the most useful voltage range possible (0-5V). The AFR calibration (P2) is linear and similar to (P1) with a smaller voltage range (1-2V). The AFR calibration (P3) emulates the Autronic Wideband O2 Sensor calibration (0-1V). The AFR calibration (P4) emulates a non-linear Nernst Cell calibration (0-1V). THANKS |

OK 0v lean 1v rich non.linear.
I thought that is linear .. |
I'm looking to do the same with Power FC, but have been reading elsewhere that PFC does not like emulated signals such as this. Anyone know if there is any truth to this?

A narrowband sensor does not output a linear signal. It is more like a step function that switches around 450millivolts.

Verified. At position P4 does not work. Fail a lot. 2000RPM is veri lean, engine on....off...on.........off......
It is possible, not to emulate this type of sensor. Disconnected the o2 sensor works very well!! |
