Actuator Problem
 

Hi ,

i'm having boost problems on my fd, sometimes when the 2nd turbo kicks it has no boost.
i already replaced all the hoses on the "rats nest" and i still have the problem.
today i noticed that if i remove the rubber hose that goes from the actuator to the intake the 2nd turbo boost works perfectly but the car is throwing black smoke.

can this be a faulty actuator , or some vacuum line is not doing what it is supposed to do?!!?
