What do you guys think this 3rd Gen 94 should sell for?

Some of the mods include: N-tech intake, M2 large I/C, Crane Hi-6, Taylor wires, 3mm seals w/street port, ported wastegate, 3" stainless exhaust, Borla XR1 mid-pipe, Blitz stainless Cat-back, Greddy pulleys, hose ties for turbo system, Blitz SBC-Id boost control, Pettit upgraded ECU, Feed fresh air headlight, 4:33 gear set with Kazz racing diff, Cosmo Fuel pump,Geister 3 piece 17" rims, 255-40 nitto rear tires, 235/40 Dunlop fronts, Koni struts, Eibach springs, Greddy turbo timer, 55% window tint, perfectly running squential turbo system. original owner with only 55k kilometers.

That's the basic mods, that I can think of...

If it runs as good as it looks i would say $17K US

The flip paint prolly pushes it to the $19 k territory in the seller's mind.
