this is the only pic i got the rest a to pig, i can make them 100kb but then they are tiny ;) and this car use to be red.

charlies7 05-08-06 10:06 AM

very very nice

cabaynes 05-08-06 12:19 PM

The owners name is Bryce McEwan. I've emailed him a few times back and forth, very cool guy :)

SayNoToPistons 05-08-06 12:23 PM

whose got the fastest na rotary? nice ride btw!

mr_ouija 05-08-06 01:34 PM

I believe it'd be Jesus Padilla currently. His was an N/A 3rotor 1st gen. I know he broke into the 9s, but not sure what times he achieved exactly.

d1rx7 05-08-06 06:03 PM

sounds about right, as the world record is a 9.80

TurboTagTeam 05-08-06 06:25 PM

I was under the impression that race teams in Puerto Rico were driving to and 8 and 9 second passes with N/A rotaries.

It the record here for the fastest N/A FD???

LUPE 05-08-06 06:27 PM

I'm pretty sure 2 rotors have gone faster.......

Cool car, anyhow........ Throw a turbo on it and it will become real fun.

silverTRD 05-08-06 06:27 PM

wow thats pretty sweet

d1rx7 05-08-06 07:39 PM

yea there could be faster im just going of a local mag, they could be wrong

jic 05-08-06 07:46 PM

either way 9.8 is good for na 2 rotor

GoodfellaFD3S 05-08-06 08:03 PM

that thing looks friggin' sick......

Cgotto6 05-08-06 11:06 PM

The last time I saw that liscence plate (fourre) the FD had an NA 4 rotor in it...And I think it was Red...And I think it was from down under...Wonder if its the same car...

This is the same car.

It used to be red, but he painted it black. This car is from New Zealand, and the owner's name is Bryce McEwan. He has a 4 rotor NA motor using 13B housings and rotors. It is periphial ported and makes 590rwhp on pump gas.

spekdah 05-09-06 02:24 AM

FDeez 05-09-06 03:05 AM

i've got some tech questions about a four rotor buildup. i'm planning on building one in a couple years... once my 3rd gen is paid off. gotta figure out what parts i need to start buying and designing.

You'll just be bugging Bryce if you call him. I've done a ton of 4 rotor research, PM me with your questions-

Bitchn7 11-13-06 03:19 AM

I can give you prices for all the custom bits you need to make the 4rotor, I have all the prices from the same source as Bryce has used, the rest are mazda parts as you can imagine.

email me at cbrmotorsport@xtra.co.nz and I will pass them on
