http://www.supercars.net/cars/2002@$...pirit%20R.html Not too many specs, but nice pictures for your desktop wallpaper. |
damn all they had to do was ask for the Spirit R pamphlet and I would send it, if they would have
paid for the shipping.. Jason JT-Imports Yokohama Japan www.jt-imports.com |
:D Nah, this just been repost about 200 times.
|
:D My Bad!
|
Looks Good But....
I like my 280km/hr Speedo better than the R's 180km/hr gauge! Hehe
|
How much is the shipping for the brochure?
|
GOD, I want one sooooo bad!!!!!!
I might have to relocate to Japan, YO Canman ya got a room for rent? |
Anyone know how to read japanese?
It looks like you can order a DVD with information on the Spirit R. http://www.rx-7.mazda.co.jp/estimate/ Of course, they probably wouldn't ship to the states even if you filled it out correctly. |

screensaver
I had a Japanese co-worker, interpret the Japanese site for me.
He found a link to this cool screensaver. http://www.rx-7.mazda.co.jp/img/spiritr.exe Note, some of the scrolling text is in Japanese, but it is still a cool screensaver. :D |
Next best thing is change the clor of your ride to look like it. Oh I'm already doing that..............duh
|
Donkey ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
|
anyone able to run the screensaver?
all I get is some error (japaneese) and an OK box to click |
Anyone know where I can find that red sitch steering wheel?
|
Originally posted by Rx7aholic Anyone know where I can find that red sitch steering wheel? Actually I don't think they sell anything like that as parts to everyone. All the Red Stitch items are only for limited production cars, such as the lastest RZ(175 cars) and Spirit R(1500 cars). You will better off just get a standard FD Japanese steering wheel, or some aftermarket steering wheels. |
Originally posted by Rx7aholic Anyone know where I can find that red sitch steering wheel? Check with Jesse Lau, he can usually get anything for the right amount of $$$$! Here is a link to his web site. Just shoot him an email of what you are looking for, and he'll get back to you with a price and eta. I've gotten a few things from him, and he does a good job. http://laujesse.tripod.com/ |
Yeah I know Jesse I have order my JDM backseat from, I already have the Efini steering wheel I just like the red sitch steering wheel better. thanks
|
translation- funny stuff
Get babelfish to translate that site at
http://world.altavista.com/ Read the transalted text, it's a riot: "In order ' for the tire to lick the road surface always, if it stands in the point of view that, moving ' it is the basis of the operation stability which is superior, riding comfort and opposite it is not something which stands" and so on.... Goddamn that car is beautiful... |
ok to ship the DVD you would have to pay what ever that costs, the brochure it free, but shipping for either is $23.00 One thing that was stated before, yes its all in Japanese, when I get my lang software, I will be making copies of info and having them avaible at a very low price.
|
I just looked at where the DVD is suppose to be, all I saw was the VHS that is 8 mins long???Am I missing something?
|
man, the interior of that car is (que the sean connery accent) bloody brilliant!
|
I asked a company worker in the Japan branch. It is not a DVD, but VHS and a special poster.
He told me in order to get it, you have to enter the information in the website, then visit the mazda dealership. If you get an error with the screensaver, your download may be corrupt. I was able to download and install the screensaver fine. Shows some scrolling pics of all generations of RX-7, and finally the Spirit R at the end. |
massive repost
|
does anyone know if the spirit r's color is similar to the montego blue(changes from shades of blue to green) where its silver and turn darker ...... seems like it in the picutres
