Without an ecu or prevention of boost creep? About 300 rwhp. Once. Before you blow the motor.

The 280hp rating on the late model FD's include the Efini y-pipe kit (not turbo's alone).
|
the 280ps rating includes... turbos, y-pipe, revise intake, hollowed out cat, better muffler, revised map and... more boost.
the upgraded turbos aren't going to make an amazing difference - but a good alternative if you are replacing a set of blown originals. |

In answer to your PM, you need to put the stock cat (or a hi-flow) back in to replace the midpipe. Once you've done that, set the boost controller for 10 psi.
The other solution is to install a restrictor plate at the midpipe in order to increase exhaust backpressure. Try a search on restrictor plates, there have been a few good threads about them in the last 6 months. |
