2 wire Blue connector, need to know wire colors

See the links below to see pictures of a blue 2 wire connector (male end), those wires go to something unknown to me above the turbos, the wires run in front of the LIM and behind the top of the ypipe, we have easy access to this plug when replacing fuel injectors like I am doing.

Well the female connector fell apart and the wires came out of the female plug, see link below for a picture of this connector.

I need to fix this somehow, but first I need to know what color wire is supposed to go on which side of the plug? Does anyone have access to this plug and can see what colors the wires are going to the plug that comes from the main engine wire harness? I don't want to have the wires switched when I fix this problem. There is a green wire on each end of each plug, but I'm not sure if they should connect to each other, I have seen plugs and the wire colors don't match up on each end.

I have the same exact blue wire connector on my MX6, and this same wire connector is right above the air pump, so I may try to find a replacement connector or fix the connector somehow.

thanks!

I'm not sure if we are talking about the same connector. the connector that i'm looking at has a Black to blue w/green stripe and green to brown w/ black stripe.

just cut the damn thing off, you dont need it. it was some california BS, that all the rest of the FDs didnt use

It's the EGR connector. 93 calis, all 94s and 95s have.

However, if you're on a PFC, it doesn't post codes anyway.

thanks for all the replies and the picture. Before I didn't know what that connector was for or if there would be any problem if I left it disconneted. I see in the picture the wire colors. I will probably just put the connector back together. I do have the PFC.

thanks again! problem solved. :)
