2 flat corner seal springs

13brew ruuning SCR side and solid corner seals with PTS apex seals ,corner seal springs are Stock Fd3s Extend port , garrett t51r .91 t6 running e85 25psi boost. Car made 545rwhp on dyno dynamics shootout mode. AFR is around 11.2:1 petrol afr scale Car developed a miss fire and pulled down the engine as found low compression on 1 face on front rotor. Found 2 flat corners seal springs , both were on the same tip of the rotor and there was one stuck side seal on the end of which the corner seal was stuck. There are no signs of detonation but a fair bit of carbon on rotors and no other signs of problems. Has this happened to anybody? Thinking obviously it was heat that flattened the springs but having trouble thinking whats happened. Car has good oil cooler setup and water cooling system. Has anyone tried running double corner and side seal springs? |
