Don't get 19-inch wheels. They offer no performance benefit AT ALL!

WhiteRXseven 07-01-02 08:50 AM

They FIT.

But its 2002. If you really want to
be BIG PIMPIN, get some DUBS. 20"
Chromed out..

If performance is your thing. Use your stock
rims..

Zoomspeed 07-01-02 10:09 AM

naw hommes, chop up your fenders and get some of them 24" chromes. HAHAHA that'd be so big your car would look like it came out of a cartoon. FO SHO!!!

To answer your question. They will fit, I rember it being discussed in a thread a long time ago.

RecKleSs 07-01-02 10:47 AM

That will definitely be an overkill and will most likely hurt the performance out of your FD. Also, the weight will be more than a lower size of rim.

Stay with 17 or 18" rims.

ttpowerd 07-01-02 11:10 AM

yes but no
yes they fit but no, don't do it!

MazdaMike 07-01-02 11:11 AM

yea, i got a question about 18's do then slow u down noticibly?

SleepR1 07-01-02 11:25 AM

Yep...it's like adding 100 lbs of ballast in your car...!

No, as long as you don't get something real heavy (over 20lbs in my book) and match your tire sizes to the stock diameter. I went with some Volk LE37's and they are very light for an 18" wheel, hasn't affected my acceleration one bit that I can notice.

I have 19x10 c2 3 peice.. Fits and looks great!!! 18" x 9 in the front.. car is in the shop now but the times i have driven it around on the 19 it feels fine.... and when i really wanna give the car a run i put the stock ones back on... doesn't take but half an hour or less to put them back on.. no biggie

7sweetie 07-01-02 08:43 PM

they fit, and actually might help out the handling on your car, but too bling bling, also might bend the frame that surrounds the wheel

MazdaMike 07-01-02 11:14 PM

i want the blitz z1 in 18's ooo baby thats hot
