18 inches wheels ?
 

I want to buy 18 inches wheels but the model I want is for FW and not RW.

Could I fit those wheels with spacers or something?
What is the difference between FW and RW wheels?

there is no difference. :wtf: are you talking about?? :)

if you are talking about offsets, you need to tell us what you plan on running, so we can tell you if its right for the FD.
