13-5-7 boost pattern - upgrades listed, help please!

Alright this is what I got....

PFC - Base Maps
Downpipe
Midpipe
CatBack
Ported Wastegate
HKS Intake
Stock Twins (only 5k miles on turbos)
Upgraded Fuel Pump

Alright, it was working with 13-8-13, then I got a huge leak on the 2nd turbo, and I replaced the line going to the CRV. Now that I did that, I still have a boost problem. It looks like the secondary turbo isn't even boosting. I think the 7psi might just be from the first turbo still spooling.

I dont know where or what lines to check, I still have my airpump in the way, so it's not real easy to get to. Waiting for my block off plates to trash the airpump.

I have the PFC on stock boost settings (setting number 1), I've tried all of them, and the 2nd turbo just doesn;'t want to give me any boost. Maybe a vac leak...? Any ideas?

Thanks,
-Darren-

To add to that, I also her pops and hickups from the exhaust. Don't know if this is it or not. My vacuum box doesn't have any leaks either.

I'd strongly suggest you get your car professionally tuned. Especially if you're running a mid pipe. Pops and hiccups make me nervous.

If you're getting 7psi, you're getting boost. Keep looking at the silicon couplers and vacuum lines. Tighten all the silicon couplers again also.

13=Primary turbo boost
5=Transition
7= Secondary turbo boost

Also, If I go WOT at idle, I hit 4psi.

Perhaps its the wastegate actuator? Not changing over to the secondary like it should?
