1 1/4" Drop, too low?

I was wondering if any of you have had experience with the Eibach springs that lower the RX-7 1 1/4"? I mean is it too low? Does it handle like crap? A lot of my buddies in my local RX-7 club have the Eibachs that lower 1", but it doesn't look like much, and the back end is still jacked looking to me. Also, does anyone have any pics of their car lowered 1 1/4"? Thanks:zip:

Don't have pics, don't even have the eibach springs but I have seen them and they look really nice. No one that I have talked to has complained of rubbing.

Eibach are shit anyways, get RB springs lowered more in back.

Yo Swamp, the RB springs are prolly what you are looking for. They are much lower in the rear. The front would be the same as mine. ;)

To be perfectly honest, I'm not 100% sure I have the Eibachs, but I'm fairly sure (they were on the car when I bought it and the guy selling didn't know either).

I guess their height depends on how you're going to use it... I've noticed a bit of rubbing with the stock rim/tire sizes through hard cornering on uneven pavement... Not a whole lot, but enough to notice. A shock with more dampening might fix that. Other than that, they feel really nice.. I have no complaints (other than the rubbing).

here's what the car looks like with them on:

Oh, and I've heard the Racing Beat springs are really nice... However, if you can afford it, go with the M2 coilovers. :)

That's M2 "coilovers". :)

Did somebody say Tanabe springs? DK did. He also said kg/mm.
