Last week Rx7 Boutique celebrated over 2 years being in business with selling over 200 Rx7 parts to owners across the world. It has been a long journey since our inception and a great learning experience on how to effectively run a company. Given the extremely weak dollar is has been difficult to keep prices down but I firmly believe that although we are not always the cheapest, you get exactly what you ordered and if a complaint ever arises you are taken care of immediately. This is the business model I have ran since the beginning, focusing solely on customer service and making sure out customers are ecstatic with their purchase.
As time has progressed we have made sure to keep our website, an online database including some of the most rare and sought after parts up to date. This is no easy task when working 70 hour work weeks and I do my very best to respond as quickly as possible to e-mails. Please understand that I do not have every part available at my fingertips, some of you grow extremely impatient when you are waiting for a set of RZ/spirit-r seats that are extremely difficult to locate. A new policy we have implemented in the last few months is to require a 15% down deposit on any items you want sourced which eliminates any window shoppers and also is fully refundable after a 30 day period.
In the end, I have made some great friends through Rx7 Club and I wanted to personally thank any customer or friendship that has been developed in their past for their loyalty and continued business. Our success thrives on our customers and while keeping some of you happy can be a daunting task, I do want everyone to know how much I appreciate the referrals and tremendous positive feedback we have received.
Going forward we are going to do our best to keep prices down assuming the dollar can strengthen or at least stabilize. We look forward to bringing the most exclusive JDM parts to the Rx7 community for many years to come. Again, thank you for your continued support.

I would like to reiterate what Andrew said. The times I've spoken to you about finding some parts and even just identifying some parts you've been extremely helpful. I only wish I had a chance to run those coilovers I purchased from you back when you were first starting out and could afford to purchase more parts from you at this time. A set of the rz recaros and a titanium exhaust would be all too nice at this point, but alas, I'm a broke college student. Thanks for everything man and best of luck as you continue to grow your business.

I've only been in the rx7 scene a little over a year but every time I see one of you for sale threads I always drool over everything you selling, then on top of all of that it looks like you test try a lot of the stuff on you car which makes me jealous.
