TN FS: Freshly Rebuilt 13B-Rew, 3mm Seals, streetport, etc $3,450.00

Category: Accessories
Price: $3450
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): 1993+
Location (US State/Canada/Int): TN
Item Condition: Used

I pulled a low mileage 3mm, Street Ported/Polished Pineapple Racing 13B-REW out of one of my FDs last year due to a badly leaking front cover gasket. I am rebuilding the engine now with all the new parts listed below. The housings, front cover and intake runners are polished and it has matching D weight 3mm rotors. Housings and Irons are in really good shape and I will post pics in a couple days once fully cleaned. All bearings are in good shape but if you send a deposit soon I can order all new bearings and include them for an extra $250.00. New oil control metal rings can also be included for $300.00 extra.

Engine will come with a 1 year warranty from date of install. Warranty covers labor of rebuild and any damage caused by builder defect. Warranty does not cover overheating or blown apex seals.

For those that don't know me I used to sell about 25-30 rebuilt engines a year but now it is just a side hobby I do when time permits. Engine will be completed in about 3 weeks and ready to ship.

New 3mm Atkins Apex Seals
New 3mm Apex Seal Springs
New SIde Seal Springs
New Corner seal springs
New Oil Control Ring Springs
New Viton Oil Control Seals
New inner and outer coolant seals
All new internal o-rings
New Mazdaspeed metal front cover gasket
New Atkins Thermal Pellet
New Front and Rear Main Seals
New Pilot Bearing

Engine is not built at this time but will be completed by the end of the year barring anything crazy happening I dont forsee. $500.00 non-refundable deposit payed up front and the balance when the engine is completed.

I've built and sold a lot of engines on this site over the years. I no longer do this for a living but I still enjoy it as a side hobby when I acquire good parts.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
David Jerome

Easily one of the most solid Engine Builders and all around good guys I've met here on the forum. Going on 7 Years and I've seen a handful of Dave's engines make good solid power and remain reliable. He knows what he's doing. I even got to Tune one of them....Yeeoooww!!! Solid man! Good deal right here!

For those making comments about users not noticing the price, in some applications the price does not pop up in the header. That is why I often add the price of an item into the body of the thread.

No excuse for missing the deposit info though

Over 700rwhp on a 2 rotor and another went 10.1s on 93 pump gas. I think one of my engines still holds the stock twins 1/4 mile record as well, [email protected]

All that said, there is nothing magic about what I do. I just build the block, the externals and tune are more important to power and longevity.

Means a lot coming from you. I watched you start as a young guy eager to learn, to now a guy making a name for himself knowing much more than I do. I always enjoy watching your vids on FB. Keep it up man.
