You could likely get polished concrete in the $3.50-5.00 a square foot range if you don't want a bunch of decorative saw cuts. If you work on the cars a lot though I wouldn't recommend it.

currently have polished concrete with some sort of coating on top.. still develops stains though
thought about DIY coating and have seen good results from neighbors that have done it... just dont feel like spending the time grinding the concrete myself for better epoxy adhesion...
maybe if i get adventurous enough...

my concern with the tiles im interested in are rolling jacks.. stands and having a four post
most ive read so far seems to indicate that its mechanic friendly...
not my garage..

the ones i showed opens right to the floor.. the bottom of those tiles have channels underneath for flow or a path to blow out crap..
can easily be cleaned via shop vac as well.. pics below are of my four car in move in state... have painted it since...

Here's a few of the garage. Recently moved. Prior to getting settled in, I painted the space, had the floor coated in epoxy and lifted the one garage door track to allow for the 4 post lift.

Nice garage. Like the Racedeck color choice. Also, really share your taste. An FD and a Cayman. Very nice choices.

Great space, Jio. The walls are like the inside of a nice house. And the "2-deep" set-up on the right is interesting. I think I'd be tempted to put a lift in the back space where the BB (?) FD is. Nice

read my mind.. thats the plan
perfect fit for that recess.. wide enough to keep one of the tool chests there on one side and additional room on the opposite end with lift...
ultimately moving all the big ticket items like mower.. blower.. etc in a shed out back..

Very, very cool. I can see where you'd be able to put stuff back there and still have room for the lift.
