Turbo Rebuilders

Has anyone used Don's Turbo Service in Oregon.

He claims he uses the best parts and can build them better than Mazda. I didn't think our turbos had any rubber components in them but, he said that he uses Viton.

I heard turbo city in LA is a good shop that has done lots of RX7 twin turbos. I haven't heard of Don's place. I think turbo city quoted a reman TT for $850. They also sell the rebuilt kit so you can rebuilt yours instead.

What about Turbo Power in CA, or Magestic turbo in Waco?

What benifits are there to clipping the exaust blades? Does it reduce low end any and is it worth the 90 bucks per turbo?
