Turbo balancing and what else should I do/look for while the exhaust manifold is out?

I'm having the exhaust manifold and turbos out this weekend to have the full set of gaskets replaced by factory items (are there better aftermarkets out there?). Hopefully this will cure the exhaust leak that my garage has so far been unable to pinpoint. Question is while the exhaust manifold is out what other maintenance routines and/or inspection should I be doing? Is there anything else that I should be replacing?

I'm thinking about getting the turbos balanced by Turbonetics or Turbo City as I did notice some excess play (apr. 3mm from side to side) in the primary's shaft when I had the primary's intake hose removed last time but I'm concerned about some members previous comments on how the job's quality by either outfit can vary. These twins are currently boosting 14psi with the PSC and I'm quite happy with them so other than its easy to do this while they are out, I'm not sure I want to take the risk with having them worked on and coming back worse than before. Anyone who's had the turbos balanced and worked on please comment. Alternatively, recommendations on upgraded twins? TIA
