are you telling me thats the final copy of it? the lines are crooked... its not symmetrical at all...

Dltreezan 03-20-04 05:47 PM

i left the edges that way when i sent it to the shop....i will be straightening that out after i mold it...glass tends to shrink so i will make the mold with extra on the edge.....then correct it for that car afterwards

deltr0n` 03-20-04 05:48 PM

cool, as long as it straightens out with the final mold, it should look pretty good!

casio 03-20-04 05:50 PM

hell, the lines on my stock pieces dont match up. :( damn aging process and texas sun.

Dltreezan 03-20-04 05:50 PM

and about the vents there is extra on the inside that needs trimming from the underside that I am also going to leave for after the mold. The only other problem is the left has a slight extra curve to it then the left up front. That was supposed to be fixed when i took it to the shop. I handed them a rough product and told them fix it and get it ready. I gave them 250 and all they basically did was prime the thing, didnt fix everything, and then to top it off i had to wetsand the primer.

Dltreezan 03-20-04 05:51 PM

hell yeah but im too excited to not share... :)

Dltreezan 03-20-04 05:53 PM

oh yeah....thats not a JDM look in the back....i didnt have it bolted in yet so it tends to raise in the rear without it bolted in so thats why it looks like that....i just took the stock hood off and set the other one in there

casio 03-20-04 05:56 PM

dont lie you ricer! ;)
is that packaging foam all over the place? i hope birds make nests out of that and dont try and eat it. :(

Dltreezan 03-20-04 05:57 PM

no man in oregon we have these trees which bloom around this time of year and get millions of little leaves everywhere

casio 03-20-04 06:00 PM

ah yes, look, its all on the driveway. *not a detective*

Dltreezan 03-20-04 08:02 PM

How much will it go up?

Dltreezan 03-21-04 12:01 PM

back to 399 then maybe after a month or so or after selling about five or six to offset my cost a bit I might put'em back to the 450 i originally had them at
