A stock Zenki FC turbo produces 5.5psi, while a stock Kouki FC turbo producs 7.5psi of boost.
ok i just want to know whats the difference well i know what the difference is as far as performance i read an article on fc3s pro, but how do you know which one you have in your car, i have an 89 (engine) if this will help anyone

"Zenki" refers to 86-88 Series 4's, "Kouki" refers to 89-91 Series 5's. They actually produce 6.6psi and 8.3psi peak boost respectively, which drops to those numbers above at redline. The difference is because the S5 uses electronic boost control to raise boost. You have an S5.
The centre housings, compressor and turbine wheel are identical on both. They have different exhaust housings and manifolds. The S4 uses a common manifold and the S5 used a divided manifold.

ok cool i know i have a s5 engine and turbo but i was reading an article and it just threw me off so i just wanted to get some info on that thanks by the way do anyone know where i can get a good used s5 turbo for cheap
