So I had the meeting with Big 3 and its employees today and after two hours we came to an understanding and agreement that satisfies both parties. There were several misunderstandings between myself and the employees of Big 3 which led to the problems that I had. They have agreed to refund my money for the couplers that they used and also to repair my harness and lower my intercooler all to a level that I am satisfied with. After speaking with Tony and the president of the company, they were willing to help me with my problems graciously inorder to make both parties happy. I appologize for the previous comments that I have stated in these posts.

may i ask what they charged you for those "heavy duty couplers"? lol

those hoses wouldn't last more than 10k miles before they swell and rip under the heat and oil. my TID temporary hose only lasts 3k miles before i have to change it, wishing i had my neew coupler already...

Honestly I think that you should have made a diagram that was very clear of what you wanted done with this project. They did the job, and although its not up to your standards, they still did the job. Legally you can't do anything.
But in all reality, a job like this should have been researched and done by the one who can do a good job for cheap, yourself.

A standard $15 flat fee for every coupler

I would have but have no access to a welder or oxy acetalene torch or plasma cutter.

You have 2 rows of cooling. :-( And alot of couplers that are very big. :-( I am sorry man. I did the piping on the GTU myself for 200 + intercooler 400$ total.
