would a fd tranny fit into a fc?
if so what do i need?
|
why u want to fit one in again ?
if u got a t2, it'll pretty much bolts right in if its N/A simple answer is "it wont fit" i mean u can "make" a FD tranny fit in the n/a, u can even make the t-56 6 speed in there its a $$$ issue |

The FD transmission is in fact a pull type. The slave cylinders still function the same, however.

And the lack of the PPF makes it a bitch to mount in the FC.

tII tranny is better anyways...

yeah, i decided to go with the s4 t2 instead, my original. i know its bullet proof. i had one that went for 200,000+ miles.

forget the FD tranny, there is no benefit to running one, only headaches in trying to make it work.

opposite actually, the 2nd gen trannies have dual cone syncros however the 5th gear syncro is just as weak as the FD's.
just because it is newer doesn't mean it is better. |
