Wiring harness.

I am looking to buy a 86 with a 88T2 swap, but the problem is that I need to install a wiring harness to get it running. I used to research a lot on here but it kinda faded until these deal fell out of the sky. Even so in the past I have never messed with anything electrical on a car. Is this a daunting task or if I research enough and take the time is it a possible opportunity?

Thats the easy part of the swap. You can use the n/a harness. Theres several detailed threads telling you exactly what to do. Not really alot of research needed....just a search. You will need the turbo ecu, maf, boost sensor, etc.

speaking of wiring harness, i unwrapped my injector wires and forgot to mark my primary injectors, figure i just ask to see what colors were the primary and what colors were the secendary injectors. i have a 1987 s4 turbo 2. i know i can just turn the key and figure out which one it is just don't want gas spraying all over the place. i'm in the middle of rebuilding my engine and getting rid of crap that is not needed. and rewrapping my wires to relocate them so they don't get worn out from the heat of the motor. so if anyone can help me on that i would appreciate it alot. if you have questions, please feel free to ask.
