Wires in the bay torn
 

I recently got this 1990 RX7 FC from my father. I found these wires in the bay and could not figure out what they were directly for or were connected to. If I needed to fix them could I potentially

i could be wrong, but that looks like wires going to the MOP (metering oil pump).

does the car start and drive normally or does feel low on power and limited?

i think i would start that by routing the wires better, the stock setup has a bracket on the water pump, and then the connectors have one by the alternator.
