well then might as well join any local mustang or pistons club forum cuz you wont find much help in here for that shit. Rx7's are built around there engines its what makes them so unique. So when ppl do these v8 swaps its just like shitting on rotor heads like myself.
So disgraceful.

I think you can go to V8RX7.com and find the info you are looking for.

No, the TII axles are larger, but the rest of the rear suspension is fine, as long as 5 bolt.
No need to get hostile! Geez, I've owned rotaries for 23 years, but can't say I'm incensed when someone wants to do a conversion to a piston engine.

you will also need a t2 driveshaft flange to bolt to that rearend, an n/a flange is smaller.

I know what's even better (and cheaper) than doing the V8 swap. Sell it. You get paid and someone else can fix it. Everybody wins. Don't put a V8 in it, please?

So, because RX-7s didn't come equipped with 20bs, those must be disgraceful too, huh buddy? Don't be a lunatic.

Rotary Downshift: Check out the "Other Engine Conversions" section in the "Rotary Performance" forum. Lots of info should be easy to find there. RylAssassin doesn't realize that this forum caters to more than just rotor heads... after all, it's not the Rotary Owners Club, it's the RX-7 Owners Club.

Don't let the guys with sand in their vaginas get to you. Good luck with the swap, can't say I blame you for wanting to save some money. ;)

Thread answered, and to prevent a flame war thread closed.

Alternative engine questions and comments belong in the Other Engines section of the board. Posting them here in the 2nd gen technical section is the same as being a troll and not welcome.

This thread should have only been discussing if non turbo half shafts will bolt to a Turbo rear end.
