Yes it will.

.......as long as it is the correct series car and engine (turbo/ na).

EDIT: I think he means that he bought a t2 (jdm) engine and wondered if an american spec afm (n332 n333) will work with it, despite the fact that in japan, his engine came with an n318 afm.

that meter will work on any S5 turbo.

yeah it will work, but your n374 ecu might not. try it and if not get a n370 ecu.
