Why is my turbo-7 bogging out at around 6k???

I dont know what is going on with my car.
We have done an s4 j-spec swap, the car was running fine for a while. Good 3k on the swap
The car was left untouched for 1 year.
I get the water pump fixed after the sitting and now when i get in the car and at all gears i get to 5 to 6k RPM's the car bogs out and does not want to go further....
at idle it easilly goes to 7-8k

The turbo does kick in but will stop around there.
We checked to fuel pump, the injectors are fine.
Now trying to figure out what else could be wrong???

could it be the MAP sensor?

Any IDEAS???

Help would be greatly appreciated

It could be fuel cut... Do you run an boost gauge in your car. Boost cut / Fuel Cut is around 8 psi. I have the same problem.

I never had a problem with fuel cut before.
The car ran fine and it just started happening after i changed some wires and fixed the waterpump.
How do I shut off the fuel cut?
if stays lean the whole time. so I dont know......

put a boost gauge on it and see what you are pushing boost wise first.
