Where toget a 89+ pri. fuel rail? not goin to the dealer, they said I dont need one
How much is this rail, and where can I get it? Mazdatrix? The dealer refused to tell me the price for a PD, because they said my car was just flooded.

Find a new dealer then. Sheesh. Turn down a sale?
Anyway, I'd try used first. Post a Wanted in the Parts Wanted page. Call your local auto wrecking yard. However, alot of yards don't want to piece off parts from complete engines.
There are also some wrecking yards that specialize in Mazda that ship nationwide.
Here are the ones I know:

Mazda Auto Recycling (Sacramento) 800-926-5900
Mazda Only (Portland, OR) 800-628-0918
