Where to get Fuel Injectors cleaned and balanced?

yes I searched. Just curious if you guys have found anyone new or old that did excellent affordable service.

Thanks

the real question is can you tell a differnce in performance? does the car run better afterwards? I guess it really depends on if your injectors are clogged and unbalenced, but how do you know if they are?

just some speculation.....

I suppose I don't. My car would flood often however. Plus as routine maintnance? Id imagine that the injectors are as old as the car.

rc engineering is pretty good from what I hear. I have yet to get mine cleaned though. But when I do, that is where they are going.

Here is their website.
rc engineering

I had all 4 injectors serviced by RC Engineering. They provide excellent customer service and did an excellent job. I certainly recommend them.

Yeah rc eng do a very good job. I had custom 1200cc secondaries made and the 550 primaries cleaned. The turn around was in like 3 days. They even give you a right up on each injector. I think to be cleaned and balanced it was 24 per injector or 48 one of the two.

Had mine done by Rich at Cruzin Performance, great service and as part of it they replace all of the o-rings, seals and screens. Nice report of the results too.
Cost only $11 per injector.

Yeah, I just got off the phone with him. There is a place here in town that does it for $25 per injector. Thats $100. Cruzin Performance is $44 plus $7.63 for return shipping from Michigan to Rapid City. He said that the turn around is 4 days, so they will be on the way back to you pretty quick. You should go ahead and send them in while you got your intake and stuff removed. Its the best deal for injector cleaning and flow test.

If you send them in, don't forget to print and include the form that is on his web site, or he won't know who to return them to.
