Doing a little under the manifold tune up and found a wire that wasn't connected to anything. Comes out from right in the center of the short block.

Is it black with a ring connector on it, then its probably a ground? Or does it have a spade (or was it a pin) connector and is comming from the knocksensor?

No, the blue wire with the two-pin connector goes to there, the G/Y striped wire goes here.

That's a tough one! Looks like some rigged additional ground or something

Lol looks like it is the 02 sensor. Broke off from the connector and probably the reason I failed smog.
