I guess it could be the oil return line but man I made that gasket good with rtv and a nice gasket material while the turbo was off. I did the same to the oil feed line and even redid the gasket (oil feed) with rtv etc... after I saw this leak. I am going to order oem gaskets for this just incase it's this however I did the same thing to my other turbo and I had no oil leak issues or turbo smoke issues. This is a bnr stage III for those that don't know.

Sorry hater, I can't see the oil.

me either, i can kind of see an oil run in the first pic but it's hard to see. looks like possibly the oil return line at the front side of the turbo, gasket could not be sealing properly.

lol, you guys are hallarious. :) it's that little line of oil in the first picture that is very very aprant. Sorry for that bad spelling I'm kind of under the influance right now. Anyways that line is making the turbo smoke like a mother fucker and of course some kind of exhuast leak from around there however everything is bolted down very tightly. Anyways look again and you will see that line of oil. I'm going to mess with it towmorrow to see whats up with it and I'll let yall know. I just don't wont to pull the turbo off again :(

This probably won't help you at all, but whatever, lol.

I had a crazy oil leak coming from my turbo, but I'm running everything stock (emissions etc.) So I could never actually see the leaking. Just the oil dripping from underneath and the smoke coming from the turbo when it was running. I removed the turbo (kind of difficult for a first timer, lol) and I could see a bunch of burnt residue and oil slime under the turbo, right where the lower oil line meets up. So I naturally assumed it was the lower oil line. I removed the line, checked it out and re-tightened it. I got it ALL put back together, and the next day after letting it run for several minutes it started SMOKING again!!!

So, I repulled the turbo (easier this time) and this time I removed the top oil line and realized that the stock gasket had all but disappeared!!! The oil was just dripping from the top and made it LOOK like it was coming from the lower line, lol. I put some RTV where the top line met the turbo and put everything back together... AND SUCCESS!!!

Not sure if that helps, lol, but hey, sucess stories are good right? lol

It can't be leaking from anywhere else, can it? I mean, the oil comes in on one side and goes out the other... Or is there something else?

Good luck

oh btw, the greddy type s BOV you sold me is getting good use from my friend 13bpower, lol. I'm letting him borrow it until I finish my re-rebuild and break-in period. YEAHHHH.
