Where Do the Lines in the BAC go
 

Where do the three holes on the BAC lines go? I know one of them go into the Throttle body.

The Black/White goes back to the EGI COMP fuse and the other to the ECU.

i meant the hoses not the wires.

Evidently I can't read today. What car? Turbo or non turbo.

A non turbo 86 feeds air from the BAC into the dynamic chamber.

The bac gets fed from a metal tube that goes from the intake duct , around the back of the dynamic chamber, to the bac inlet.

There's another line that feeds the bac from the Air Bypass Solenoid during the cold engine starts. The Air Bypass Solenoid only works during cold starting and only for seventeen seconds.

There's a picute in the online S4 fsm that shows that.

The S4 turbo is similar. It takes air from the turbo outlet duct to feed the bac. The Air Bypass Solenoid is located just above the bac and does the same 17 second deal mentioned above for the cold starting. The bac feeds the air to the intake after the throttle plates.

Were you also talking about the water fitting on the side of the bac? Its a water feed for the throttle body. It also serves to keep the bac from icing up during winter.
