Where can i get a remapped computer for a 91 rx 7 non turbo?

I want to just upgrade the chip in my computer. Where can i find a cheap one that will let my motor rev up to 8000 rpm's without beeping?

It already revs up to 8k RPM unless you got an automatic trans?

Without beeping? That beeping is there for a very important reason, friend.

If you want higher rpms, you need to get the rotating assembly balanced.

RotaryEvolution 03-26-06 03:22 AM

well he said 8k, unless it is an auto the S5 buzzer comes on at 8k correct? 8k is a safe level to revv to but i wouldn't advise any higher unless everything is balanced and a scatter guard installed.

That buzzer also lets you know when your coolant and oil level are low, I believe.

the ECU has nothing to do with the rpm buzzer. even with a aftermarket ecu the buzzer still is unchanged.

i meant just a computer chip upgrade!

I just want a better ecu chip ugrade. I know my turbo 2 has a ecu upgrade from G-Force. It made a big difference when i switched it. So does someone make one for the non turbo?

no

should drive your tii if you want that difference then, and leave the NA alone.

You're lying.

Why don't you replace the exhaust?
That'll make more difference.

there's this chip they sell on ebay, also a resistor, those mods should net about a 50HP gain. well that's what they say anyways...

NeCr0mStR 03-26-06 06:38 AM

if you wanna increase performance on an NA get and exhaust, CAI, and a S-AFC2.

Thats should give ya something
