Wheel Decision

hey guys, I need suggestions on wheels and size... my T2 is in the shop right now being modified to around 400whp. I bought the car with slicks on it and need to find street tires. i like the crown vic bbs style wheels a lot but their 16x7s... my question is, is that not wide enough for a car with over 350whp? i feel like i should be running at least an 8 in width.. this is my first rx7 and first time modifying a car to this extent so im not sure

Does anyone run 7 inch wide wheels with a car that has over 350 whp? Would anyone suggest wider or should I be fine with the Vic wheels? Thanks

is this a drift car? .......no.....ok, get real wheels and fit real tires. 7" wheels are barley enough for a stock turbo @ 15psi.
