Whats loose?
 

so lately i have been having a problem with my car. it studders and lost a lot of power and goes through gas like crazy.

last night i cleaned my engine bay. so i covered all the electrical plugs with tin foil so water wouldnt get in.

after that my car ran like its good old self again and was fast and didnt studder anymore. it ran good all last night and half of today.

then i hit a big crack in the road on the highway. and it went back to its old slow self. this whole time i thought it was fuel related but now i think its electrical and something must be loose. do you guys know what it could be thats loose?

do you think one of my grounds could be dirty or something?

No dirty grounds would not have that effect.

Loose grounds, or a loose connector would.

the grounds i should check are the ones on the coils then right? and i dont know what connectors. i went and pushed all them together yesterday but that didnt help.
