what year TB is best?

What year TB is best to use on the S5 engine (including ported TB and intake, etc...)
What combination of intake parts works best?

just bust out a Dremmel and mod the one you have, is it an S5 or S4 TB on your car(do you just have the S5
block)?

All 2nd gen throttle bodies are pretty much the same as far as flow is concerned. You didn't say if you have an NA or a turbo, BTW.

thats strange i never thought that rotarys had blocks?:D

Sorry, it is NA S5 everything.
I plan on porting the U/L intake but was just wondering if I should get an S4 intake/TB to do that on, or if they combine together in a better way.
I read that the S4 has bigger runners, but would that be better if I'm going to P and Polish it anyways?

you have to use the TB you have otherwise the TPS won't fit on it.

Not true with a lil finageling I got J spec TPS to fit my US TB. Which by the way has more than 1 difference,
