What would you do with an extra FC?

So... I'm planning on purchasing another FC and I've got this next one pretty much locked down. I've already got an 87' N/A and the new one is a prestine TII in much better condition and cheap enough that it would have been amazingly more expensive to convert the N/A...

So, now that my focus has switched to the TII, what do I do with the N/A? Currently, it's a stripped down autoX car with some minor suspension work, heavy emissions engine (EGR, Air pump removed, etc, no cats, etc.), absolutely dreadful interior (most everything removed, either due to weight or broken)...
It's red! with lots of dents, dings, and other little knicks here and there. I'd upload a photo or link to one; however, my internet is half-functioning... It's a stock old looking 87' N/A GXL with the stock wheels...

I'd like to sell it but I dont want the next teenager bandit to thrash the vehicle as I received it...

P.S. - Not giving it away either :p

use our n/a for DD and my TII is the weekend warrior.

that's how most people do it.

Healing 12-12-10 11:35 PM

Keep both of them, the TII to look pretty and your current FC to thrash on yourself

NatAsRex7 12-13-10 12:05 AM

part it out lol

texFCturboII 12-13-10 12:16 AM

Drive it when my t2 breaks down to get replacement parts to fix my t2.

FCHunt3r 12-13-10 02:25 AM

build it!

wjk0817 12-13-10 03:38 AM

definitely want a back up car, so make it your DD

Hazard15301 12-13-10 04:54 AM

I can always use spare parts. In fact, I buy one and keep it for a few years for parts. Once it's outlived its usefullness, I scrap or sell the shell, and buy another. The circle of life....

Exactly what I plan to do when my T2 is done..

You could give it to me as a gift and write it off on your taxes. I'll take care of it and not thrash it, so you can sleep soundly at night knowing that it would be in safe hands. ;)

On a serious note the car you describe in the condition that you describe it is only worth $500-$800. I suggest removing the upgrades you have added over time if you can use them on your turbo, then either part it out or sell it outright. If you think that you are going to get compensated for your sentimental value you have in the car, then expect that whoever gets it isn't very intelligent, and more than likely is going to do stuff with it that you wouldn't approve.

Use the TII as your DD and tun the n/a into a full on track car.

+1 - I have an FD as a road car and my NA FC is my gutted, lightened, stiff sprung, sticky tired, I can write it off if I ball it up track toy.

I was always a little nervous about running the FD around the track at 9+/10ths. With the FC, I just go try and drive the snot out of it all the time. :D

Ahh that's kind of what they're shaping up to be right now. the N/A is pretty much a stripped down track-car, just missing a few bits of touch-up here and there...
I'm not sure if I would make it a DD, I know it doesn't get any better gas-mileage than my 74 Maverick; however, the Maverick is big enough to carry people and their stuff if need be. I've always had a problem with cargo in the small mazda.

That would be quite awesome to accomplish actually... That, and it's always nice to have another FC around for whatever the use might be...sweet thanks!

farberio 12-14-10 10:07 PM

You need more space in the FC? I took my whole college dorm room in my FC!!

SirCygnus 12-14-10 11:15 PM

i would find an empty parking lot, do doughnuts while nude, and fapping hard core.

w0ppe 12-15-10 01:40 AM

Found many an empty parking, lots of donuts, have yet to do it nude while fapping but I'll be sure to get the girl riding in the one-seater :)

Well, the space needs to include multiple snow-boards with multiple people... As is, the N/A is a one-seater....

tuscanidream 12-15-10 06:35 AM

Keep it! Now you only need 5 more rotos for tues wed thurs fri and sat.

Vader85 12-15-10 10:16 AM

is it wrong to have a rotary fc and a v8 concersion fc. to me it seems like the best of both worlds

farberio 12-15-10 10:47 AM

^ If you have to ask it probably is.

sharingan 19 12-15-10 08:20 PM

I've been wondering what to do with my other FC....

I actually don't know what it has in it as I've owned it for 3 years and have yet to see it in person... but its got a decent looking body, 4 pot brakes, vert seats (its a coupe) and a busted windshield...

GregW 12-15-10 10:05 PM

Rattle can it black and look for people that dont look like they would know what to do with an extra fc and rev at them all while rockin my sweet avaitors.

Thats like asking what would you do with two chicks at the same time? DUH? Take turns till your sick of it.

djphonics 12-16-10 12:12 AM

keep the t2 in wraps, and continue working on your n/a, by the time your done with the n/a you'll have some more insight
