what are those vac lines on the oil filer neck?

What are they and what do they do? I capped them off when i removed the vacuum spider, and i want to know if im hurting anything? If i do need them where should i run them too, open air or the vac system?

and I think you should put those lines back on... they are vents. your crank case pressure (wait that's a piston term ) will be sky high would cause the leaks out of seals.

It's part of the PCV system for the rotary engine.
If you cap them, you'll cause the engine to smoke due to a pressurized "crankcase".

Stock vents to vacuum source for cleaner emissions.&nbsp You can open vent it if you want, but DON'T PLUG THEM UP!
