what size socket! help
 

hey i was wondering what size socket is the bolt to the oil line that is on the rear housing. i don't have it and i don't feel like buying multiple sockets to find out which one it is. :)

btw what is the torque spec to the axle nuts? thanksssssss

I think it's a 23mm.

Size is 7/8 wrench.

23mm sounds right; I bought a large metric socket set just for the oil cooler bolts which includes 22-26mm sockets. If you use SAE sizes for it, you'll end up rounding off the corners or jamming the socket/wrench on. I've also used large crescent wrenches wherever I have had room to fit them.

If anyone gets stuck on this,I used a 15/16 inch socket...They don't put a 23mm in the Socket sets around here.!
