What kind of hp, e/t can i expect with these mods?

exhaust: pacesetter headers, 2 precats, no main cat, cherry bomb, y pipe and hi flo mufflers

intake: cone filter with hopefully some sort of cold air intake

rebuilt engine (say about 155k before rebuild) with street port.

and what kind of range of hp could i get depending on how drastically it's ported? what are the advantages/disadvantages of more or less porting. btw i only want a street port, no bridge or crazy crap like that.

dude if you're going with a street port, you're not going to want any cats. You're going to want to bang those thangs back to emissions where they came from, and pull out a 2.5 pipe to replace them. Go straight pipe all the way to the back. Remember, if you want to maximize air flow, you want to increase the size of your piping to increase exhaust flow. Make sure you have a really good air filter, such as a K&N, monsterflow, blitz, hks, or apexi.

You can go with a mild street port, or a wild street port. I can't remember off hand what mild street porting consists of, or wild street porting. But I know they consist of porting your exhaust, and intake ports to a nominal size without oversurfacing your header.

Mild street port could give you anywhere around 15hp, wild street port can give you upto 30hp. This all depends on what all mods you have on your car. So try and modify everything that's bolt on so that your ports are used efficiently, and to their max.
