eerrr....for my cars fmic... the route on the passenger side/washer fluid side went under the car and straight up to have a big "U-turn" to go back down to the turbo, so it doesnt go into the engine bay from the washer fluid place but a little behind the intake....
sorry for the bad explanation, hope u can picture it

Why not use a Cold start Bottle, and Rig up an inline washer Pump..You should be able to do it very easily .And it will sort of look Stock too!

You could also use the headlight washer bottle from an S5 or 10th AE and run the rubber hose and electric to it. The junkyard or classifieds in the forum are your friend for this solution. And FYI rain-X should be applied directly to the window with a rag (unless they came out with a new product that I have not seen yet)?

I used stock hole and custom mounted my resivour. Cut out hole for IC pipe next to OEM hole.

On my project FC all resivours have been moved to where the RAD over flow is in that area between the core support. I have the over flow, washer bottle, Alcy injection. Now I am just trying to find a way to run the RA 2 cycle injection kit with my motor and run that under there also.

Hope that gave you some ideas.

Just use the cold start bottle. I just converted mine. It's big enough, you just have to check it more often. All you have to do is run a wire from the washer bottle connector to the cold start bottle. Check to make sure the motor turns however. Mine may never have moved in 15 years and so didn't turn. i had to take it apart and free up the shaft. Now it works fine!

the trashman to my cold start assist bottle.....DAMN! i think i might just custom mount the rear bottle since i never fill it anyway and the motor still works...but these are good ideas!

rain-x has a brand of washer fluid too. it's not that great IMO. I bought it on sale one time for the same price as the regular blue stuff.

the stuff in the little squeeze bottle that you apply with a rag works well. you just have to reapply it every couple/few months.

but rain-x isn't designed to keep dirt off your windshield, it's designed to displace water. so it's not a valid solution.

I've a GREEDY and didn't have to move the washer bottle. Works just fine as original.

what the hell are you doin? goin 4wheeling?

i've used rainx for years...i dont even remember the last time i had wipers on my car and used them.

clean the living hell out of your windshield...get a clean white cloth and rub on rainx in a circular motion. wait til it get cloudy on your windshield...wipe off with a clean white cloth in a circular motion...repeat 2-3x

water will not stick to your windshield

I used my trusty hole saw and followed the instructions from the GREEDY instruction manual. One of the attached jpg shows the front of the car with the front bumper assy pulled off and looking aft. The other is a view of the engine bay.
