Are you trying to remove the motor, or run a new harness or just remove the old harness because you are going with a stand alone?

If your talking about the ECU to MOTOR harness. Its easy to disconnect the harness at the ECU, and feed the wires through. Ive replaced motors without having to disconnect the ECU harness from the motor.

You just disconnect at the ECU, and feed the harness out the pass side firewall. Then feed the new harness back in. Easy cheesy.

yep I agree with Jarrett. Just unplug the ECU harness inside the car and feed it out into the engine compartment.

You may have to unplug the wiper motor as well, I can't remember off the top of my head without looking at it.
