a way to trick the ECU that O2 sensor is hooked up?

im running my car without a O2 sensor and tuned VIA SAFCII and a wideband.. Im currently checking for error codes but only get the O2 sensor code...is their a way I can hook something up permanetly so the error code doesnt show up...i need to see if i got other error codes... my wideband is capable of being both narrow and wideband at the same time so i could hook it up...BUT, i think im getting better gas mileage using the SAFC and staying out of the closed loop mode...

If you've got a good tune with the wideband it shouldn't hurt if the wideband's narrow O2 output is hooked up. The narrow output is fairly accurate as it is just a conditioned signal from the wideband itself.

If you had other error codes, they would show up in sequence after or before the o2 code.
