Water in the oil filler neck
What could it be from. When i did an oil change about 2 weeks ago I noticed yellow and rust all on the inside of the oil filler neck. Im not using any coolant so it couldnt be blown coolant seal. I stuck a rag down as far as i could and still got globs of rust and watery yellow oil, anyone have any ideas? The only thing i can think of is when I sprayed my engine down and cleaned it, maybe the oil filler cap wasnt on tight and water leaked down into it.

Oh right, well it could be the freeze out plug.

I had the same problem in the spring. The car had been sitting for a while. After an oil change and driving around, it went away. My guess, condensation.
