wacky throttle problem, turbo has sh** itself

hey guys, last night I went to a buds house up the street and on my return home my car throttle and/or fuel system starts malfunctioning. what happens is, I start and warm her up then when I like drive off it runs great, but if I "floor it" in the very least bit the car will hesitate and bog untill it dies or I lay off the gas. also if I have it out of gear just idling, if I floor it, the car will bog and die. I can slowly rev the engine as long as I have a light foot on the gas. The turbocharger was damaged on the interstate one day when I was going for top speed. what happend is somehow my air filter came off the TID and something got sucked into the turbo and bent a compressor fin maybe more but thats all i can visibly see. the turbo also make a high pitched whine, not like spoolin whine more like somethings F*ed up whine. the acceleration problem might be related to this maybe because the turbine wheels get stuck and no air moves and the car bogs/dies. or the turbo is fine(kinda) and my injectors or grounds are the problem. I looked into the haynes manual and it gave me a few ideas im gonna try to test tommarro morning. but before that I was going to ask on the fourm if anyone else has experienced this and could tell me what to check/fix to remedy the situation.

i would say pull the turbo out and remove the front housing and see if the turbine wheel spins freely.
and then check the housing

Cause if a piece of plastic/rubber got in it would melt and stop the turbo from spinning

the turbo slowly spins at idle
