vacuum nipple question

on s4 N/a ... the 2 vac nipples on firewall side of the intake/dynamic chamber which connect to the purge valve ...

Which one connects to the a port before the throttle plate (top or bottom of the 2)?
Which one connects to the port after the throttle plate (top or bottom of the 2)?

thanks,

The TOP nipple, on the rear of the dynamic chamber, leads to a small approx number sixty drill hole....................just immediatley IN FRONT OF the primary throttle plate.

The lower nipple feed exits the black spacer right at the black spacer. The black spacer is........behind the throttle plates:D :D

I thought everbody knew that:smoker: :bsflag:

uh oh, HAILERS has found the bs flag smiley ... :)

Thanks for the info ... I knew you would know that without having to look at your engine bay.

For those who missed the point......the vac hose on the TOP of the purge valve, goes to the TOP nipple on the back of the dynamic chamber. It's part of the TWO T's of emission control covered in the emissions supplement of your FSM. You did get the emissions supplement with your FSM, did you not??? If not you got robbed when you bought your FSM.:bsflag: :bsflag: :bsflag: :bsflag:

It's up to the users of this forum to seperate the BS from what little truth is in this post.:D :p: :p:

Err, ah, don't have to look in the engine bay. Been there once. I have total recall ability. Saves a lot of time in life.
