If you unplug a ground on one end it will show 12 volts w/key to on. Now if it were plugged in and had 12 volts then that would be problematic.

And an obvious thing to do is to depin the Vref wire at the sensors one by one w/everything plugged in (no depinning except for pin 2A) and see which sensor Vref depinning cause the voltage to drop.

I don't know what I did... But the issue is gone. :scratch:

It started and idled a bit. It acted as though there is no throttle pedal, though. I could step on it all the way and it had absolutely no effect. Not even a bit of a blip.

Sounds like possibly a TPS issue or a flooding issue.

I was thinkng it was possibly a TPS issue. Luckily I have an extra TPS... I'll be trying it tomorrow. I deflooded and installed new plugs. I appreciate all the help today, satch.
