Twin scroll with full exhaust?

hey guys, im puttign my car back together soon(thread abotu it in sig) and i was wondering if i should keep the twin scroll. i have a full 3 inch exhaust and 3 inch TID. How much lag does it make? i only drove the car like twice before taking it mostly apart. it was stock then btu now i have full 3 inch exhaust 3 inch tid walbro 720 seconadries.

i still havent put the turbo on yet so i was wondering if its worth it to take it off or not.

please help.

Yeah, take it off, you wont be able to feel much of a difference at all. It might actually feel a little more responsive!!

If you want to see the difference b/t having/not having the twin scroll.........just pull off the vacuum line to the actuator and plug it.

The twin scroll is SPRING LOADED TO THE FULL OPEN position when there is no vacuum. Comprende?? In other words *Fails To The Full Open Position*.

at 2900, i can actually see my boost guage drop .5 to 1psi when the twin scroll is deactivated. so i think it helps, oh i have TID and 3" exhaust as well.

the theory behind it is sound, but it's just something else to break imhmfo.

of course the s5 manifold/housing is a better design anyway, that's what I use.

well the car is not running right now becuase it is nto back together so i cant just pull off the vacum line to the twin scroll. but it sound like its nto really that useful so im goign to remove it.
