TurboII dying and backfiring on me. Help.

Just got the car up and running again with a J-spec. 88 motor and turbo.

She was running great for two days, except that I can't really hit that much boost because I will hit fuel cut with the three inch exhaust.

Anyways, last night, i started her up after grabbing a coffee with some friends, she took a while to start so I used my fuel cut off switch, got her going easy enough after that.

Then, ten seconds down the road, she just stutters and stalls on me, I crank her back up, fires immediatly and off i go again. It happens again. She will stay idling if I keep the revs up, very smooth motor, I know the motor is still okay. It is a vaccumm leak problem somewhere and I'm wondering if you guys know where I should be checking.

i checked around teh turbo and all that, intercooler, It's got to be somewhere in the intake area though, right? Any suggestions? She's also shooting flames right before she stalls on me.

thanks.

Also, she's fine when it's cold, once she warms up, no go. Temp stays below half all the time.

Wen to go start her just now, same thing, can't spot the leak anywhere though.

Please help...

Check the bypass valve for proper operation. My t2 did the same thing. I tracked it down to the bypass valve (alot of people call this a blow off valve) replaced it and my problem was solved.
