Turbo II upgrades

What are the best upgrades for a 1987 turbo II.

Tune up first. Replace all the hoses misc crap like belts etc. After that if you have any money left upgrade fuel system, boost controller, exhaust. You should really check the FAQs too. There are several threads on this topic already.

I saw some but was wondering what other people like personally. Also trying to get my posts up.

your psts will come in time. be patient. you need to make sure your car's vitals are in order before you go modifying stuff and start breaking things. from the FAQ "I just got my car and I want to make it faster, what are the first modifications I should do?
Do a full 60K tune up, replacing all the fluids (including brake, clutch, tranny, engine oil, coolant, and rear end lube), spark plugs and cables, all filters (including fuel, oil and air), belts, any hoses that are leaking or bulging, and the O2 sensor. In addition if the car is more than 10 years old or has more than 120K miles on it, the Pulsation Dampener (or pimary fuel rail and integrated Pulsation Dampener on 89-91 FCs) should be also replaced."

the eaisest upgrade will be an exhaust. most people prefer a racing beat exhaust. you will need a fuel cut defender: http://www.mazdatrix.com/d2.htm

Did all of that changed fluids, filters, plugs etc. Should I go with a factory O2 sensor or is there a better aftermarket one.

Has any one tried installed a heated O2 sensor inplace of the one wire O2 sensor.
