hey guys i was told that i could not put a turbo from a rx7 turbo into my 87 rx7 non turbo without changing a bunch of stuff. could someone please verify this and let me knw if i do how much it would cost and would it be worth it.

yes it requires a lot of work, engine management, fuel, intercooling, and so on.

dependso n what you want, but id say be looking for at least $3500USD if you do it cheap, if you do it right Id imagine probably at least $4-5k USD, youll have to convert it yourself

It is cheaper to sell your non-turbo rx7 and buy a turbo one

However if you _LIKE_ working on cars, and have considerable time and the ablity to fabricate and like challenging yourself. search for 6port turbo or turbo 6 port for information on turbocharging the engine you have

Myself i would just reccomend swaping in a turbo motor and all its accessories, for that just search for t2 conversion or t2 swap

If you have to ask, you can't afford to do it. That's one reason I have not a clue how much a Ferrari cost.

no your right i dont have the cash but i was just wondering if it would bolt right up becaus i cvan get one from a junk yard pretty cheap
